Applying Faith In Your Prayers
From our last discussions, we learned four key steps required to effectively apply our faith during prayers. These are:
1. We come to God in prayers believing that He is real and true, and the only All Mighty God, who unfailingly rewards anyone who diligently seek Him.
2. While in the prayer, we worship Him in the Holy Spirit, using a combination of word based praise, and thanksgiving , which should further boost our faith in Him.
3. We make our requests to Him faithfully, speaking our requests in such a way that our words reflect our full believe and full persuasion that He will answer us.
4. We become convinced that we are receiving what we requested.
Because God told us to believe that we are receiving what we asked for while still praying, then we have the assurance that He has already answered yes to our requests, and in due time, the answer will manifest to us.

What To Do After Prayers
In this issue, we consider what to do after the prayer: How to align our thinking, talking and actions to insure that His answers will manifest to us.
When God fulfills His answers to our prayers right away just like in the vast majority of the miracles that Jesus performed, then we don’t have to worry about what to do after the prayer: We simply receive the miracle with joy and thanksgiving. But when He does not do so, then there is a waiting period during which we must conduct ourselves in certain ways to ensure that God’s answers will manifest sooner rather than later. These ways of conduct are:

I. Remain Fully Persuaded That God Has Answered Our Prayers:
That is, we must not allow the great faith and the resulting persuasion that we reached in prayers to wane. Doing so invites premature disappointment leading to doubts and fear, which eventually kill our faith and thereby delay the fulfillment of God’s answers to our prayers. God will never withdraw His yes answer, but faithlessness on our part can delay the fulfillment of that answer.

2. Align Yourself With God:
That is, during the waiting period you must:

Think like God

Talk like God and

Act like God.

Think, Talk And Act Like God:
Let me use the story of Abraham to help us grasp how God does His things. God called Abraham and promised that through a descendant of his, He will redeem all the nations of the world. For this reason, God one day said to Abraham: “I have made you a father of many nations.” (This being spoken) in the presence of Him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did (Rom. 4:17-24).
But Abraham and his wife (Sarah), being more than 75 and 65 years old, respectively, were advanced in age; way past child-bearing age. In human frame of thinking, how were they going to fulfill such a promise; being too old to start a lineage that would lead to a descendant who would fulfill God’s promise? But because God promised it, it had to be true, and they will surely have a child. But the child, Issac, did not come right away: it took 25 years; a very long time for a couple that was already too old to have a child naturally. So what was Abraham to do during these long years? He had to align Himself with the frame of God’s mind; thinking, talking and walking the way God does. In the Romans 4:17-24 scripture above, a universal statement about an attribute of God is made; God naturally “calls those things which do not exist as though they did.” In other words, God’s frame of mind is such that He calls things that do not exist in our world, as though they do. He said to Abraham “I have made you a father of many nations” even though it would take about 2000 years for the promise to be fulfilled.
In God’s world, Abraham was already a father of many nations in about 2000 BC, even though that did not start to happen in our world till about 33 AD. For when the scripture say; “…things that do not exist,” it means things that have not yet happened or manifested in our physical world. Nevertheless, these things exist in God’s world as soon as God speaks the answer to our prayers.
God is Spirit and lives in the realm of the Spirit. When He declares a thing or person to exist, that thing or person comes into being in His world; the Spirit realm. But in our physical world, the thing or person does not yet exist. Even so, we must by faith chose to disregard what our physical senses tell us; that it does not exist, and rather, believe and agree with God that it exists.
For we who are the new creation, redeemed and called children of God, and having the image and nature of God, have been endued with power to think, talk and act like God; thinking about, talking about and acting on those things that we pray for,
as though they exist. For by this, we speak in total agreement with God, who has the power to fulfill our request in the physical world.
When we agree with God, He applies His power to fulfill His answers to our prayers, but when we disagree with God through unbelief, fear and doubt, we delay God from doing fulfilling His answers to our prayers.
Abraham Thought, Talked And Acted Like God:
By stitching together excerpts from verses 18-21 of Romans 4, we can say the following about Abraham’s thinking, talking and actions: He, “Contrary to hope, in hope (he) believed … what was spoken …… With great faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (at 100 years old), and the of Sarah’s died womb (at 90 years old). He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith” so that he became fully persuaded that what God had promised He was also
able to perform” (Rom. 4:18-24).
In other words, Abraham refused to believe the indication that he and Sarah were too old to have children for the upward fulfillment of God’s promise. Rather, he exercised great faith to believe God’s words; thinking, talking and acting like God until Sarah conceived and bore a son through whose descendant, Jesus Christ, that God later fulfilled his promise of making Abraham the Father of many nations. If we always emulate Abraham, none of our prayers will go unanswered.

3. Always Expect God’s Answer To Manifest:
The third way that we should conduct ourselves is that we always should be expecting God to manifest His answers to our prayers. The expectation is the outward expression of our faith that God will surely manifest what He promised. Psalm 5:3 declares: “My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; In the morning I will direct it to You, And I will look up. Here the psalmist is saying to God that he will pray to Him every morning, and afterwards shall expect His answers.
Remain blessed!

Prophetic Seasons of Abundant Prosperity

God moves in seasons, especially to prosper His people. He declares:

“I will make them and the places all around My hill a blessing; and I will cause showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessing. Then the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase.” A number of Ministers have prophesied a 7-year period of abundant prosperity in the church as we progress deeper into end-time and the return of Christ Jesus. Though this is true, the prophets generally view this as a period for the church to store up a lot of food and other supplies in preparation for a seven-year end-time tribulation that they expect to follow immediately (See refs. below). But there’s something most unique and wonderful about this end-time event.

God Moves In Cyclical Calendar

In this article, I would like to share testimonies and scriptures that will deepen our understanding of the timing and purpose of this most-desired period of abundance for the church. First, let’s look at God’s age-old calendar. God typically moves in periodic cycles of seven: There is the 7-day or Sabbatical cycle which ends on the Sabbath (Gen. 2:2-3, Exo. 20:10-11). There’s also the 7-week or Pentecostal cycle which ends on Pentecost, the day that follows the seven weeks (total of 50 days). There’s also the 7-year or Shemitah cycle which ends on the Shemitah, the 7th year of the cycle (Lev. 25:1-7, Deu. 15:1-4). Finally, there is the 7X7-year or Jubilee cycle, which ends in the year that immediately follows the 49-year cycle (50 year total); this final year being the year of Jubilee (Lev. 25:8-22).

Of these, the Shemitah and the Jubilee cycles are most important to our discussions. Both Shemitah and the year of Jubilee were years that had very serious economic impact on the nation of Israel. During these years, God commanded debts to be cancelled; debtors, slaves and servants were released from their bondages, purchased lands were released back to owners, farm lands were fallowed all year and the people lived on God’s miraculous provisions (Lev. 25:1-22, Deut. 15:1-4). God greatly blessed those who observed these commands (REF); whereas, He judged those who disobeyed (See The Harbinger, by Johnathan Cahn. Charisma 2012).

Rejoice! For today, I am not bringing you bad news about Shemitah judgments: Rather, I am bringing you good news about what God is going to do during the current Shemitah cycle which started on September 23, 2015. Amen!

Prophetic Revelations

Here at Rock of Salvation Ministries (RockSal), we have observed God’s miraculous moves that supports the arrival of a 7-year prophetic season of abundant prosperity. Back in the Fall of 2008, which was the beginning of a Shemitah cycle, the Lord, in His wonderful grace, led us to start praying for the release of the wealth of the Gentiles to the church. Of course we prayed looking for immediate answers; not realizing that God was intending to move according to His cyclical calendar.

Led by the Holy Spirit, we continued to pray from Fall of 2008 to Fall of 2014 – 6 full years. Then, the Lord instructed us to fast and pray all day on September 1st for debt cancellation and wealth transfer, and to also fast and pray throughout the 31 days of the next month, October. Though we did not understand the full meaning of all these, we joyfully obeyed.

Afterwards, we continued praying for wealth transfer for another year till Fall of 2015. Again, the Lord instructed us to fast and pray, this time from September 15 which was Rosh Hashanah the Jewish new year, through the high holy days, to September 23rd, the day of atonement or Yum Kippur. As instructed, we also fasted and prayed throughout the 31 days of October 2015.

It was during and after these fasts that the Lord fully revealed to us that He had lead us like a Shepherd into the season of blessings we had been praying for. You see, from Fall of 2008 to Fall of 2015, during which we were divinely instructed to pray for debt cancellation and wealth transfer, makes up a seven-year Shemitah cycle. Moreover, at the end of that Shemitah, the new year that started ushered in the year of Jubilee; Indeed, this year of Jubilee that begun on September 23 2015 is a Super Jubilee. Indeed, it is the 70th Jubilee; believed to be the last Jubilee before Jesus returns (Daniel 9:20-27).

The Revealed Prophetic Abundance

Though we have rejoiced that God has brought us into this super Jubilee season of blessing (Eze. 34:26); the year of liberty from debt and other bondages, the year of restoration, the year of supernatural provision, etc… (Lev. 25:8-22). but here’s the BIG and wonderful thing that the Lord has done: “Thus says the Lord, I will bless my people exceeding abundantly over all that they have asked of me, for I am the more-than-enough God. Instead of just 1 year of Prosperity, I have declared seven years of Prophetic Abundance for my people – the church. In these seven years, I will transfer abundant wealth from the Gentiles to you according to my word, and you shall pay off your debt and prosper exceedingly”

“This shall fulfill my words which I spoke through my servant Isaiah saying … “Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall swell with joy; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you. The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you … Therefore your gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day or night, that men may bring to you the wealth of the Gentiles, and their kings in procession.” (Isa. 60:5, 11)

The Main Purpose of the Abundant Blessings

Says the Lord, “But I want you to know that, the main aim of this wealth transfer is to enable you, my church, to finance the preaching of the gospel to all tribes and tongues on the earth as a witness to them so the end of this age can come.” (Isa. 60:7, Matt. 24:14).

In the next article, I shall reveal how you should prepare to partake of this prophetic abundance.

Hello Friends, Our warmest greetings to you. May the fullness of God’s blessings be upon you and your family. Kindly join us to share a verse of God’s word.

God’s Words As A Source Of Blessings

Consider the scripture in Luke 11:28: “Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it” This simple life-changing statement profoundly affects our success in life. The statement says that those who learn, understand and live by God’s words, are blessed by God. These blessings cover all aspects of life, and as such, those who are blessed, are prospered spiritually and materially; including ministry, wealth, marriage, family,

relationships, carrier, etc! There, is no limit to the extent of the blessing.

How To Receive The Blessings

To receive these blessings, we must know the words of God and live by them. To do this successfully, we only have to take the following three steps:

1. Learn and understand what the words of God say. (Matt. 13:23)

2. Let the words abide or live in you. (John 15:7-8)

3. Apply the words to your daily life.

In practice, these steps can be difficult to achieve because of satan’s opposition, and the unwillingness of our human nature to do good. But God has provided ways to make it easy to implement these steps, and these are found in Deut. 11:18-21) and other scriptures as well:

“Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as front lets between your eyes. You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied.”

Here is a summary of what is being said:

1. Bind the words as a sign on your hand.

2. Tie them as front lets between your eyes.

3. Write them on your doorposts and your gates.

4. Teach them to your children (and others).

5. Speak of them anywhere that you are.

6. Put the words in your heart and in your soul.

Practices used to study, grasp, assimilate and apply God’s words to your life. These sound a little unreal, but they are true: They are exercises designed to help you invest seriously in learning and understanding the words of God; to the extent that these words stick to your heart. They are symbolic representations of real and serious practices used to study, grasp, assimilate and apply God’s words to everyday events of life.

Binding the words to the hand, and between the eyes, and writing them on the doorposts and gates, are but ways that help you to remember, study and meditate on the words of God till the words are permanently impressed on your heart. All that you need to do is to make a serious effort to study the words daily; making sure that you turn the words over in your mind to understand what is the meaning of what you are reading. And then you apply these words to your life by doing what the words say: If the words say give, then give. If it says forgive, then you forgive. And if it says pray, then you pray. That’s all! If the Spirit of God is in you, you should have no problem in investing quality time and

efforts in doing these things daily.

Exercises that impress God’s words into your mind, heart, soul, and spirit

In contrast, teaching the words, speaking of them always and putting them in your heart, are not symbolic at all. You are to practice these steps just as they are written. They are exercises that drive the words of God to register and remain in your mind, heart, soul, and spirit. The last exercise is called, Godly Meditation, as opposed to demonic meditation, in which a person blanks out his mind in the hope of merging with a so called homogeneous spirit god (the person is actually exposing himself to demons who can easily enter him). Godly meditation is the process of turning the words of God over and over again in your heart. As a result, your mind, heart, soul and spirit permanently retain these words; making the words to abide or live in you. The words of God that abide in you is what drives you to do what it says (Jeremiah 20:9). As such, you not only have heard the words of God, but you have understood it and kept it. By so doing, you have meet the conditions required by Jesus to bless you: “Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” (Luke 11:28); “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you” (John 15:7). When God gives you whatever you ask for, will this not resolve all the material problems that you now have and shall ever have in life? It is worth noting!

Remain blessed!!!

Hello Friends, grace and peace to you. Thanks once again for taking the time to share God’s words with us. Today, we shall learn how to use the power in God’s Divine Life for a successful daily living.

God’s Divine Life As Your Ultimate Power Source For Daily Living

Divine life is a spiritual force that is found in God alone. God alone is able to impart it into human beings. This life is the ultimate source of power for daily living, and according to Jesus, an abundance of it is available to anyone who wants it: “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).

God is extremely powerful, and the life force that is in Him is also extremely powerful

When He created human, He breathed a measure of His life into him so that the human became a living soul. What this means is that God’s life force enabled the human to express not only a natural life, like animals, plants and other living creatures do, but also to express a divine life just like God does. When God’s divine life enters a person, it enables him to express attributes that are manifestations of God’s divine powers working in him. For example, the person can live forever. He can live a life full of holiness, righteousness, peace and power. He can overcome all the ills that befall us in today’s world.

Divine Life Is Linked To Your Salvation

Unfortunately, the human being whom God created made a grievous mistake by defiling himself with sin. As a result, he lost the divine part of the life that God breathed into him, and henceforth, he could only live in the natural and became confined to the limited capabilities of natural life. Subsequently, all humans lost the power of divine life, and as such, the ability to overcome the pains, sorrows, grieve, disease, sadness and all the bad situations that trouble us because of sin entering the world.

But rejoice, there’s Good News! – God came to the rescue and get us out of this predicament: He sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ, to come to earth and to make Himself a sacrifice for the sins of all people; which was the price that was required to pay for the forgiveness of our sins. Whoever now hears this good news (or gospel), and decides to believe in Jesus Christ, is then forgiven of all his sins and is filled with God’s Holy Spirit who then helps him to regain his divine life. The process of his salvation has begun.

God’s Divine Life In You

Once the Holy Spirit has come in, He begins a powerful and permanent transformation in you: The Holy Spirit supernaturally washes, regenerates and renews your weak spirit to create a new person out of your old self. Furthermore, He quickens your body with divine life, which eventually will spring forth into everlasting life according to scriptures: “But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you” Romans 8:11, and John 4:14. In this way, God imparts His nature and divine life into you so you can live in righteousness, holiness and power.

God’s Divine Life Working In You

God’s intention is that the divine life that He imparted into you enables you to live like Him: That is, the divine life is expected to enable you think righteously just as God thinks righteously, talk righteously just as God talks righteously, be fully faithful just as God is fully faithful; be fully understanding and wise just as God is fully understanding and wise, etc. He who does these things is able to manifest much of God’s power, and is quite fruitful in what he does.

Furthermore, it is God’s divine life in you that enables you to exercise your God-given authority with success. For example, God says: “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” It is only when divine life is flowing and bubbling inside of you that you can successfully exercise this authority over satan and his demons.

You Can Stir Up Your Divine Life

Daily stir up this life by letting the words of God abide in you, and always praying with fervency. Then release the life to affect the situations that you face as follows:

1. Are you sick or ill? Then pray first, and afterwards rebuke the sickness in the name of Jesus and believe. The illness should leave.

2. Are you being attacked by the powers of darkness? Then bring them before God and pray for judgment against them, and then rebuke them in the name of Jesus. They should obey you and leave.

3. Is your life being threatened by natural forces, accidents, etc? Then rebuke them in the name of Jesus. They should obey you and stop, just as the winds and the waves obeyed Jesus (Matthew 8:26-27).

4. Are you lacking in material goods? Then ask the Holy Spirit to help you figure out the cause. Pray and take the act of faith to break that cause. Pray further and speak blessings and abundance to the works of your hand, and it should obey and yield more fruits to meet your needs.

5. Even in the ordinary things of earthly life that you seek, such as a job, love, peace, support, etc, stir up your divine life, pray, and speak to these things, and they should obey and come to you.

Let Us Pray

May the Lord cause more of His divine life to flow freely into you, and may He help you to stir it up daily and apply it to achieve daily power living. Remain blessed till next time.

Hello Friends, Thanks once again for taking the time to share the words of God with us. You’ll be greatly blessed as we learn God’s words together.

Financial Turmoil Hits Our Pockets

The world is in the midst of an economic turmoil so bad that it threatens to collapse the economies of all the nations, and wipe out the economic wellbeing of billions of people. The thought of it is more than sufficient to make many people worry sick.

God’s Blessed Solution

God, in His merciful kindnesses, foreknew that troubles of such devastating consequences will happen to us. As such, He promised that anyone who trusts in Him shall not be affected by adverse economic conditions. Here are two of several promises that say it all:

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but her leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit” (Jeremiah 17:7-11). Again, “He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper” (Psalms 1:3).

We can believe in these words; knowing that God’s words never fail to accomplish and prosper in the things for which He speaks them. In the above promise, God is saying that:

1. Anyone who trusts and hopes in Him, is rooted in Him and assured of the abundant and endless supply of life-sustaining resources that comes from Him; just as the tree planted in the river bank is rooted in the abundant life-sustaining water of the river, and is exposed to the accompanying abundant nutrient resources.

2. The man will not be afraid when economic disasters take away his life’s sustenance such as food and water because he is rooted in God who has limitless power and resources to sustain him. That’s why he is compared to a tree that does not fear heat and drought because it is planted by the river which has limitless source of water to sustain the tree when the heat and drought come to cause economic disaster by evaporating

ground water, cutting off nutrient supply and eventually drying up and killing plants.

3. Instead, the man will be industrious and abundantly prosperous even in the midst of economic turmoil because God, in whom he trusts and hopes, will help him. In like manner, the tree planted by the river grows green leaves; with which it is able to extract energy from sunlight and creates plenty food for itself through photosynthesis, and bear abundant fruit to feed others even in the midst of drought and extreme heat.

4. Indeed, this man who trusts and hopes in God shall be prosperous in all aspects of his life, just as the word declares that “whatever he does shall prosper.” (Psalms 1:3).

When we trust in God and place all our hopes in Him always, when we believe fully that He will fulfill the above fantastic promise for us, we will pass through periods of great financial turmoil without losing our cool. We will be able to prosper in business and live in abundance even in the midst of an economic depression. Our jobs will be protected to secure our income. Even in the rare event that our income source is lost, we will not starve for God will provide sustenance.

Build A Strong Relationship With God

God is a refuge to us in times of trouble. He is a strong fortress and our Rock of strength and salvation. In His own words, “the Lord…is He who gives you power to get wealth.” If you already have a relationship with God through Christ Jesus, just keep on trusting in Him, believing His words and praying to Him always, and you’ll go through this hard time in prosperity. And in the new age to come, you’ll gain everlasting life and inherit a new earth.

If you don’t already have a personal relationship with God through Christ Jesus, consider beginning that relationship today before it is too late. You have nothing to loose, but everything described above and more to gain. Just say to Jesus, “You are the Lord of heaven and earth. I surrender fully into your hands. Come into my life and save me from my sins.” Afterwards, call or write to us for further guidance and a free package of guiding materials.

Remain blessed!

Hello Friends, Thanks once again for taking the time to read God’s words. You’ll be greatly blessed as we learn together.

When Hard Times Come

Journey through life on earth is not straightforward, but kind of goes up and down like going through hills and valleys. When going uphill, life is awesome; especially at the peak. But when rolling downhill, life can be a tough experience; especially at the valley. It is how we handle these difficult, downhill and valley experiences that determine our true character and success in life. Going through these difficult times alone is certain to give you some serious shake-up and heart breaks. But if you rely on the counsel and power of God, you’ll succeed and prosper in life, irrespective of whether you are at the peak of a hill, or in the bottom of a valley.

God’s Assurance Of Prosperity

God is a refuge to us in times of trouble. He is a strong fortress and our Rock of strength and salvation. In His own words, “the Lord …is He who gives you power to get wealth.” To illustrate His assurance, let’s take as an example, the economic hardships that have befallen many people during the last one year. God, in His merciful kindnesses, foreknew that troubles of such great magnitude shall befall us, hence, He promised that anyone who trusts in Him shall not be affected by the hardship. Rather, he will prosper in it. Here is how he puts it:

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord” (Jeremiah 17:7). And “…his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.” (Psalms 1:2). “For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its from yielding fruit” (Jeremiah 17:8-11). “…And whatever he does shall prosper…” (Psalms 1:3).

We can believe in these words; knowing that God’s words never fail to accomplish and prosper in the things for which they were spoken. In these words, God is promising us the following:

1. Anyone who trusts and hopes in God, and who delights and meditates in His words days and nights, is rooted in Him and assured of the abundant and endless supply of life sustaining resources that comes only from Him. He is just like the tree planted in the riverbank, which is rooted in the shores of the river; drawing from the abundant, life sustaining water and nutrient resources of the river. In this respect, the man who is rooted in God, draws from the water of life.

2. The man will not be afraid when economic or other disasters take away his wealth and other possessions, because he is rooted in God who has limitless power and resources to sustain his life, and replace what he has lost. That’s why he is compared to a tree that does not fear heat and drought because it is planted by the riverbank which has limitless source of water to sustain the tree when the heat and drought come and evaporate and eventually drying up and killing the plant.

3. Instead, the man will be industrious and abundantly prosperous even in the midst of economic or other crises. This is because God, in whom he trusts and in whose words he meditates, will give him power to create wealth and other successes. He is just like the tree planted by the riverbank, that grows green leaves with which it is able to extract energy from sunlight and creates plenty food for itself through photosynthesis. It, therefore, bears abundant fruits to feed others even in the midst of drought and extreme heat.

4. Indeed, it is not only in the area of wealth that he will prosper, but he will prosper in all areas of his life, just as the word declares that “whatever he does shall prosper.” (Psalms 1:3).

What Is Required Of You

What should you do? Fully trust in God and place all your hopes in Him. Do not live according to the ways of ungodly people. Rather, “delight yourself in the words of the Lord, and meditate on these words days and nights, and do as they instruct you.” When you have so patterned your life after God, He will fulfill His promises for you. You will pass through periods of great financial, personal, family and other crises, without losing your cool. You will prosper in business and live in abundance even in the midst of an economic depression. Your job will be protected, and even in the rare event that your income source is lost, you will neither starve, nor beg bread, for God will provide for you and your family. You shall also prosper in other areas of your life; including health, spirituality, family peace, etc. There will be periods of trials in your life because these trials are necessary for your spiritual growth and promotion to greater blessings. But they will pass away after sometimes to make room for greater blessings to be unfolded for you.

Build A Strong Relationship With God

There are countless benefits in aligning yourself with God. If you already have a relationship with Him through Christ Jesus, just keep on trusting in Him, believing His words and praying to Him always, and you’ll prosper in this life as He has promised. In the new age to come, you’ll gain everlasting life, inherit the new earth and reign with Jesus as king and priest forever.

If you don’t already have a personal relationship with God through Christ Jesus, consider beginning that relationship today before it is too late. You have nothing to loose, but everything described above and more to gain. Just say to Jesus, “You are the Lord of heaven and earth. I surrender fully into your hands. Save me from my sins, and help me to live in obedience to you. Afterwards, call or write to us for further guidance.

Remain blessed.

Dear Friends,

Greetings, and peace to you from God our Father, and Christ Jesus our Lord. This month, we bring you more knowledge on a very important subject. I urge you to spend time to read through the article. It will help you live with power and success everyday.

Spiritual War Is A Daily Reality

Many people are going through very serious hardships that are clearly a result of attacks from the power of darkness. The power of darkness consists of Satan at the head, and his demonic and witchcraft spirits, which constitute his army (Ephesians 6:12). Is this a serious problem? You bet. Let’s say that most of the problems that confront us daily are caused by this evil army (1 Peter 5:8, Ephesians 6:12). The sole aim of this army is to destroy people and God’s kingdom. To accomplish this, it employs various tactics, which we have discussed in details in other articles.

So, when you are attacked, do not ignore it, or resort to endless passive prayers and fasting. You must fight back with the right kind of prayers, and the right kinds of weapons. Otherwise, you may end up facing prolonged hardships that can end your life. Are you a soldier of Christ? Then fight as one who is empowered to win.

Facts That Guarantee You Victory

To fight and win, you need to know some few facts, namely:

1. If you have been saved through Christ Jesus, God has delivered you from the power of darkness (Colossians 1:13).

2. Although God has delivered you from the power of darkness, they will, nevertheless, afflict you with their works of darkness, so that you have the opportunity to overcome them and qualify to receive the crown of life, just as Jesus promised (James 1:12, Rev 2:10).

3. God has given a few effective weapons with which you can fight back. One of the most effective of these weapons, is the Consuming Fire of God. If you use this weapon effectively, you’ll destroy these enemies when they come against you.

4. Before applying the fire of God or any of the other weapons, always ensure that you remove any legal ground that gave Satan the legal rights to attack you. What create legal grounds for Satan are, most often, non-confessed personal sins, and unbroken demonic covenants that your close relatives made with Satan, in which you were given as sacrifice, or enjoined as an unwilling participant.

How To Release Fire Against The Enemies

With the above words in mind, here are practical ways that you can apply the fire of God in prayers to destroy evil spirits and bondages such as oppression, captivity, sickness and disease, etc…

A. Firstly, recognize that God often uses His consuming fire to execute immediate judgment on evil spirits who threaten His saints (Rev. 20:9, Amos 7:4).

B. Secondly, recognize that God has made you a flame of fire if you are saved (Luke 3:16, Acts 2:1-4). And even His words that you speak, He has made fire (Jeremiah 5:14). And that He expects you to use this fire to kindle the enemies and destroy them (Obadiah 1:18).

C. Thirdly, you fuel your fire with the words of God, so the flames can shoot out and consume the enemy (Psalm 39:3-4). You then release the flames of fire to kindle and devour the enemy (Obadiah 1:18).

D. Here are examples of how to release the fire effectively. You can find more of similar words in the bible to use. As you speak the following words, they will go forth with flames; though they may be invisible:

1. Father, I am your saint. But enemies have surrounded me, and they intend to destroy me (Rev 20:9)

2. I pray O Father: make your words, which I speak against these evil spirits, FIRE. And make these enemies WOOD. And let the fire of Your words consume them (Jer. 5:14).

3. I am of the house of Jacob, and the Lord has made me a flame of fire. Therefore, in the name of Jesus I kindle all of you evil spirits that trouble me (Obadiah 1:18) (In the case of demonic and witchcraft spirit).

In the name of Jesus, I kindle you spirits of infirmity with fire(in case of sickness & disease).

In the name of Jesus, let the fire consume you to ashes(mention name of disease or

bondage).

4. ‘For the sins of your mouth and the wicked words of your lips; and for the cursing and lying which you speak’, I kindle you with the fire of God. Lord, consume them in wrath, consume them, That they may be no more. Psalms 59:12-13

5. For surrounding me and my family, and my properties, let ‘fire come down from God out of heaven and consume you evil spirits and diseases, and bondages, until you ‘become ashes under the soles of my feet.’ Rev 20:9, Mal 4.3

REMAIN BLESSED.

Hello Friends, Our warmest love and the abundant grace of God rest upon you. Thanks again for taking the time to share the words of God with us. Let’s discuss how we can harness the power in God’s words for successful daily living.

The Power In The Words Of God

Clearly, God has given us the authority to use His power on earth (Luke 10:19). The word of God is the means by which humans access this power. No wonder that God decided to make His words living and infinitely so powerful that they are sharper than the blade of the sharpest two-edged sword that has ever been made, and can easily split apart the soul and spirit of a person; a task that no other force is able to perform. This is certainly a great knowledge to have, but unless we can draw this power from God’s words and use it on our daily lives, His words do not do us much good.

How To Access The Power In God’s Words

There are just a few steps to take to accomplish this: First, hear the words; second, understand them; third, believe them; forth, retain them; and fifth, pray them.

1. Hear the words

The scriptures declare this: “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him” (Mark 4:24-25). First of all, Jesus is not referring to just the mechanical act of hearing, when He uses the word “hear.” Rather, He is refer-ring to the whole process of assimilating the words of God; to the extent that the words prosper the hearer according to what was written into it: That is, the person hears or reads or studies the words, and then successfully understands and applies them to his or her daily life. Nevertheless, the first act towards drawing power from the words of God is to make sure that you hear and capture the words into your mind.

2. Understand the words

After hearing the words, the next step is to understand them. The simplest way to do this is to turn the words over and over in your mind until they make sense to you. Unless you understand the words, satan will immediately snatch them out of your heart; making sure that the words have no chance to prosper you. This is how the scriptures say this: “When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart” (Matt. 13:19).

In the above passage (Mark 4:24-25), Jesus is alerting us to pay full attention to what we understand from the words of God that we hear, read or study. Is what you’re hearing or studying making sense to you? Can you freely talk about the ideas expressed in the words? Can you remember them a week or a month later? When a need arises in your daily life, can you readily apply those words to affect the need? If you answered yes to all of them, you have a good understanding of the words. If no, you do not fully understand the words. Turn them over in your mind again.

According to Jesus, the more of the words that you take in, the more that God will bless you. The more you understand them, the more that God will bless you. If you’re taking in very little, your blessings will be likewise little. And if you fail altogether to take in the words, you are like a man who refuses to use his talent. You’ll altogether loose the blessings in the words. (Continued)

3. Believe the words and keep them

Your next step is to apply your faith to believe the words that you are hearing. Unless you believe it, it will not do you any good. Here is how the scriptures say it: “For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it” ( Hebrews 4:2). Besides, “he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a Rewarding of those who diligently seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6). Let not your faith stop at just mental believe. Go on to do what the words command you to do. Even if you have been disappointed in the past, believe the words and do what they say, and you will still prosper: For example, Peter and his fellow fishermen believed Jesus in spite of their past failure: “But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking” (Luke 5:5-6).

4. Retain the words

Your next step is to retain the words in your heart so that they can act as the sword of the Holy Spirit when you pray or use the words in other ways (Ephesians 6:17). Here are some steps that you can take to help you retain them:

Welcome the words as truth & treasure them. Receiving the words with enthusiasm will greatly help you to retain them. So, if you like the words that you are hearing? then do not regard them casually: Rather, welcome them as absolute truth. Regard them as words that you can fully rely on. Let your attitude show that you’ve found something extremely important. Here is how the scriptures say it: “when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe” (1 Thessalonians 2:13). “I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great treasure” (Psalms 119:162). “I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food” (Job 23:12).

Exercise your mind to retain the words. Next, turn the words over, and over again in your mind until your mind retains them, or, actively memorize them if that is easier for you. The scriptures declare it as follows: “He also taught me, and said to me: “Let your heart retain my words; keep my commands, and live” (Prov 4:4).

5. Pray on the words

Finally, pray the words into fulfillment. The words of God can be prayed upon till God fulfills them. If they are promises, ask God to fulfill them for you; remembering to argue your reasons soundly. If they are commands, ask God for strength, humility, understanding and wisdom to obey them. And so on, and so forth.

Make sure that you pray in the Holy Spirit so that the Holy Spirit can be there to help you pray effectively, and indeed, bring in the power to activate the words (Ephesians 6:18). In this respect, remember that the source that makes the words of God powerful, is the Holy Spirit: That is why the scriptures declare that the word of God is the sword of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 6:17). For, even the sharpest sword cannot hurt the enemy unless the fighter swings it with His own strength. Also, the Holy Spirit uses the words that are written in the person’s heart to fight with; He does not open the bible to pull out those words. That is why you had to retain these words in your heart.

If the Spirit of God lives in you, each of the above steps will release the power of God into your being to provide that extra push to give you a powerful and successful daily living.

Till next time, remain blessed.

Apply the Potent Power of the Gospel of Christ Jesus

When you are under spiritual oppression, you can become so overwhelmed that you can’t even pray effectively. You find yourself unable to cast away the spirits that are attacking you. Besides getting help from someone who is well equipped to help you, here is something that you can do and get great results if you persist.

If you meditate on the following words long enough, you’ll end up experiencing Christ Jesus being deeply established in you. When this happens, all powers and conditions oppressing you are forced to depart because wherever Christ is, there is Superior Power and Liberty. These scriptures are at the heart of the gospel of Christ Jesus. As such, they elaborate on the central role and power of the blood of Jesus in your redemption, deliverance, healing and salvation.

Meditate on these words daily and as many times as you are able to. Remember, the word of God is forever true. Whatever He speaks shall come to pass. His promises are yea and amen to you in Christ Jesus!

Scriptures and Words for Meditation

Meditation 1

“I am in Christ Jesus because He has saved me. He has made me a new creation. Old things in my life have passed away, and behold, all things have become new for me.”

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Meditation 2

“For, by his own blood, Christ Jesus entered the Most Holy Place in heaven 2000 years ago and obtained everlasting REDEMPTION for me. By this, He freed me from everything that is evil. “

Hebrews 9:12 He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus

       obtaining[b] eternal redemption.”

Meditation 3

“Through this everlasting redemption which Jesus obtained, God His Father has redeemed me from all curses that can ever exist, and has bestowed on me the blessing of Abraham, and has given His Holy Spirit to dwell in me, sanctify me, seal me and empower me.”

Gal. 3:13-14. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on

a tree.” that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Meditation 4

“Through this everlasting redemption which Jesus obtained, God His Father has also delivered me from the power of darkness and conveyed me into the kingdom of Jesus, who has given me authority and power over satan, and all his powers.”

Col. 1:13. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have

redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Meditation 5

“Through this everlasting redemption which Jesus obtained, God His Father has also healed me of all infirmities, sicknesses and diseases; for by the stripes that shed the blood with which he redeemed me, I was healed.”

Matt. 8:17. “He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses.” The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are

       healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Meditation 6

“I am now in Christ Jesus and I walk in the Spirit. The Holy Spirit has now freed me from all yokes and condemnations. Help me O Lord to always walk in the Spirit so that I can always live in this liberty.”

Rom. 8:1-2. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

Hello Friends. It is a great pleasure to write to you again. I pray that it is well with you. May the Almighty God fill you with strength to rise up and overcome any problem that you may be facing. Amen. Let us continue to discuss more practical aspects of faith to power up our daily living.

Why You Should Increase Your Faith

Faith is absolutely essential for daily power living. It is the only thing that enables us to access God’s blessings. Without it, it is impossible to receive anything from God (Heb 11:6), unless He simply gives it to you by mercy. Even though Jesus declares that, with just a little faith, we can achieve even such great things as moving mountains, in reality, it is not our little faith that moves mountains. Rather, it is the great faith resulting from our efforts to grow our little faith. Miracles always happen at the moment when our little faith transitions to great faith. With our great faith, we can directly draw answers from God to our prayers just as the biblical example of the woman with a blood-flow disease (Mark 5:25-34). Also, God in appreciation of the great faith, will answer our prayers right away just as He did in the many examples in the bible (Matt 14:25-31, 15:22-39). It therefore pays to make serious efforts to increase our faith. In due time, we shall reach a point where our faith is always great and God is always answering our prayers fast.

How You Can Increase Your Faith

When we considered what is written in the bible about faith in God, we see that our faith can be increased in two ways:

1. Through hearing and studying God’s words.

2. Through spiritual strengthening by the Holy Spirit.

Once we know these truths, it is no longer rewarding to keep praying that God increase our faith. Rather, we should act on the truth as God says. In fact, when the Apostles asked Jesus to increase their faith, Jesus’ reply was no. His answer, instead, implied that they themselves should work at increasing the little faith that they already had (Luke 5:17).

Increasing You Faith Through hearing God’s Words

The scriptures declare: “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Rom 10:17). By this we know that when we hear the words of God, our faith in Him automatically increases. This scripture is a declaration of a spiritual law or fact: that the faith of anyone who attentively hears God’s words will increase; whether he is a Christian or not. The word “hearing” is used figuratively to represent learning God’s words by

studying or listening to it. So, schedule time daily to study and/or listen to the words of God, and watch your faith and inner strength grow. You’ll sure be happy with the results: Fast answers to your prayers.

Increasing Your Faith Through The Holy Spirit

Again, the bible declares:

“For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, ….that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through

faith; …… that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” Eph 3:14-19(abridged).

After carefully considering what is written here, we’ll see that Paul is praying for us that the Holy Spirit strengthens our own spirit with spiritual power (might) so that our faith can increase to a level where the fullness of Christ Jesus can dwell in our heart, and that we can know Him fully. When the fullness of Jesus dwells in us, there shall be no limit as to what we can achieve daily for God and for ourselves. Why? It is because, our fleshly self shall be dead and Christ Jesus alone shall be alive in us doing His will through us. We’ll ask whatsoever we desire, and it shall be done for us. Here is how the bible expresses this situation: “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God…” So, instead of praying that God increase our faith, we should daily pray the Father that the Holy Spirit strengthens our own spirit with might. When God answers this prayer, our faith shall continually increase, and our daily living shall become easier. God willing, we shall discuss how to apply this great faith to consistently get positive results for daily power living.

Remain blessed.
