How to Prevail Over Oppressive Conditions

Apply the Potent Power of the Gospel of Christ Jesus 

When you are under spiritual oppression, you can become so overwhelmed that you can’t even pray effectively. You find yourself unable to cast away the spirits that are attacking you. Besides getting help from someone who is well equipped to help you, here is something that you can do and get great results if you persist.

            If you meditate on the following words long enough, you’ll end up experiencing Christ Jesus being deeply established in you. When this happens, all powers and conditions oppressing you are forced to depart because wherever Christ is, there is Superior Power and Liberty. These scriptures are at the heart of the gospel of Christ Jesus. As such, they elaborate on the central role and power of the blood of Jesus in your redemption, deliverance, healing and salvation.

            Meditate on these words daily and as many times as you are able to. Remember, the word of God is forever true. Whatever He speaks shall come to pass. His promises are yea and amen to you in Christ Jesus!  

Scriptures and Words for Meditation

Meditation 1

“I am in Christ Jesus because He has saved me. He has made me a new creation. Old things in my life have passed away, and behold, all things have become new for me.”

       2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Meditation 2

“For, by his own blood, Christ Jesus entered the Most Holy Place in heaven 2000 years ago and obtained everlasting REDEMPTION for me. By this, He freed me from everything that is evil. “

       Hebrews 9:12 He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus

       obtaining[b] eternal redemption.”

Meditation 3

“Through this everlasting redemption which Jesus obtained, God His Father has redeemed me from all curses that can ever exist, and has bestowed on me the blessing of Abraham, and has given His Holy Spirit to dwell in me, sanctify me, seal me and empower me.”

       Gal. 3:13-14. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on

       a tree.” that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Meditation 4

“Through this everlasting redemption which Jesus obtained, God His Father has also delivered me  from the power of darkness and conveyed me into the kingdom of Jesus, who has given me authority and power over satan, and all his powers.”

       Col. 1:13. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have

       redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Meditation 5

“Through this everlasting redemption which Jesus obtained, God His Father has also healed me of all infirmities, sicknesses and diseases; for by the stripes that shed the blood with which he redeemed me, I was healed.”

       Matt. 8:17. “He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses.” The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are

       healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Meditation 6

“I am now in Christ Jesus and I walk in the Spirit. The Holy Spirit has now freed me from all yokes and condemnations. Help me O Lord to always walk in the Spirit so that I can always live in this liberty.”

        Rom. 8:1-2. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the         Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
