Steps to Salvation

God Loves You Very Dearly
God created all of us and is, therefore, our heavenly Father. As a Father, He has loved us very dearly. Consider this for a moment. God had His whole universe for Himself to enjoy, and He did not need human beings to do so. Nor did He need them for anything else. Yet, with love, He created humans in His own image to enjoy His world with Him. But soon after He had created man, man committed the worst offence that any one can ever commit against God – he sinned against God.
Knowing that God is fully righteous, holy and has no tolerance for sin at all, an act of sin against God brings violence into the world of God. It is like a terrible treason against God. An act that is always punishable by death. At this stage, God had every right to destroy man and wipe him off the face of the earth. But instead of destruction, God continued His undying love for His beloved man. He provided the way to cleanse man of his sins; a way that cost God the life of His only begotten Son, Christ Jesus. Now that is the highest love that anyone can ever give to a person. What do you think?

Here Is How God Says It In His Own Words:
1 John 3:1. Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!
John 3:16. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Romans 5:8. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Ephesians 2:4-5. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).
Titus 3:4-5. But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us.

Your Sins Carry Deadly Consequences
When a person breaks the laws of God, He offends God, and that is called sin. Of all the problems that people face in this world, sin is the most serious. That is because, problems that are not sinful do not have permanent consequences, whereas, sin carries devastating consequences that last forever; even after death. This is truth, and no person can escape it. It is wise to accept it and adjust our lifestyle to embrace goodness instead of sin. A major consequence of sin is that it separates the sinner from God. This condition subjects the sinner to control by satan, who has nothing but terribly wicked plans for everyone that he can trap. Eventually, this consequence will bring everlasting damnation in hell or spiritual death. Life in hell is so terrible that no one should ever desire to go there. That is why God is pleading with you to seek forgiveness and salvation today before it is too late.
When your sins are forgiven, you will not suffer their consequences, and when you are talking forgiveness of sin, you are talking Jesus Christ. Only Jesus and God His Father can forgive sin; no one else can. Jesus came down from heaven to earth about 2000 years ago and paid the penalty for everybody’s sins with His own life. Since then, anyone who believes in Him and asks for the forgiveness of his or her sins, is forgiven and delivered(saved) from the deadly consequences of those sins. We all have sinned and need Jesus to forgive us. Do not be afraid! Call upon Him right now so that He can forgive and deliver you. See Step 5 To Learn How.

Here is how God says it in His words:
Romans 6:23. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”.
1 Corinthians 15:56. “The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law”.
Romans 7:13. But sin, that it might appear sin, was producing death in me through what is good,
Romans 5:12. Therefore, just as through one man, sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.

Jesus Paid the Deadly Penalty for Your Sins
Sin that has not been forgiven carries devastating and deadly consequences for the sinner. One of these consequences is that, the sin gives satan the authority to afflict the sinner with severe afflictions such as sicknesses, diseases, poverty, spiritual oppression, and untimely death.
But the most devastating consequence is that the sinner’s spirit is separated from God. This cuts of the everlasting life of God from flowing into him or her. Without the life of God flowing in us, we are simply dead to God and handed to suffer terribly in hell with satan. If the sinner dies non-forgiven, his separation from God becomes irreversible; ensuring that he or she will suffer in hell forever.
My friend, whether you believe in the destructive powers of sin or not, the truth remains that unless you ensure that your sins are forgiven while you are still alive, these deadly consequences will afflict you. There is a judgment coming soon that will bring condemnation upon those whose sins were not forgiven during their lifetime on earth. But if your sins are forgiven, you become delivered or saved from all these sufferings and judgments.
God can forgive your sins because of the price that Jesus paid. God looked for a man who was qualified to pay the penalties for the sins of all people so that He can forgive them He found none because all humans are sinners. So, 2000 years ago, God in His mercy and love towards us, sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, to come to earth as a man and to bear these penalties for us. For this reason, He suffered terribly as all the physical and spiritual punishments for sin were put upon Him. Eventually, He died, thereby paying the ultimate penalty for sin with His own life. He was buried, but on the third day, He rose from the dead to live again forever, thereby overcoming death and sin forever for all people.
Since then, whosoever believes and confesses Jesus, is forgiven of his or her sins, and is made to live forever just as Jesus lives forever. If he or she should die before Jesus returns to earth, then on the day that Jesus comes, God will raise him from death to live forever just as He raised Jesus to live forever. Do you believe that Jesus died to save you?

Here is how God says it in His words:
1 Corinthians 15:3-4. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.
Isaiah 53:5. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed.
Romans 6:10-11. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Turn Away From Your Sins.
No matter how serious your sins are, God will forgive and save you. But you have to repent or turn away from all your sins. To do this, confess to God, as many of those sins as you can remember. Take a decision in your heart never to willfully commit those sins anymore. Ask God to forgive you of all sins in your life; including those that you cannot remember.

Here Is How God Says It In His Own Words:
Acts 2:38. “… Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (you are saved when you receive the Holy Spirit of God).
1 John 1:9. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Mark 2:17. When Jesus heard it, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Believe In Christ Jesus, Confess Him and Pray to be Saved
After you have confessed your sins to God, take a few minutes to focus your heart on Jesus. Believe fully in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God, and that He suffered and died to pay the penalty for your sins. Believe that, by rising from the dead to live forever again, He proved that He overcame sin and death forever for you.

When you are convinced in your heart about these facts, pray the following prayers:
“Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of the living God, and the Lord of heaven and earth.
I believe that You suffered and died to pay the penalty for my sins;
And that You overcame death for me when you arose from the dead to live again forever.
I have turned away from my sins; I pray O Lord, forgive me of them all.
Help me not to willfully sin against you anymore.
I surrender fully into your hands. Come into my life and save me from my sins.”
Continue to plead with Him to save you. Pour out all that you feel inside your heart to Him.
Continue below when you feel that you have earnestly surrendered your heart to God.

Here Is How God Says It In His Own Words:
Mark 16:15-16. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”
Romans 10:9-12. “…if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.
John 3:34-36. “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

Get Baptized and Become Fully Committed to God
You need to be baptized, and you cannot do this by yourself. You need to find a local church that believes fully in the prayer that you just prayed, and places strong emphasis on teaching the pure words of God. When you are satisfied that the church is right for you, talk to the Minister about the above prayer that you had prayed, and tell him that you want to be baptized.
Finding the right local congregation can be sometimes difficult; especially if you are just starting. We suggest that you contact us for further guidance and a free package to help you start out right.
Finally, make a full commitment to be genuinely faithful to Christ Jesus, to be obedient to Him in all things, and to love Him with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. Amen & Amen !!!!

Here Is How God Says It In His Own Words:
Mark 16:15-16. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”
Romans 6:3-4. Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
2 Corinthians 5:14-16. For the love of Christ constrains us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
